CT CHRO Addendums: January 12, 2026 through January 31, 2026
All addendums to my CT CHRO Complaint against ECSU, CCSU, and CSCU from January 12, 2026, through January 31, 2026, appear below.
Again, this is what violations of 34 C.F.R. §106.71 lead to.
I share these addendums for transparency and for the protection of current and future survivors. ❤🩹
I reiterate that what follows is not for the faint of heart. 💔
January 12, 2026 at 6:47 AM: Contacting Covenant Soup Kitchen in Willimantic, CT
Due to retaliation by ECSU and CSCU, I have been without food since November 2025, when my financial aid refunds ran out.
I was hospitalized from December 23, 2025 through January 5, 2026, after attempting suicide and putting CSCU on notice, only for them not to facilitate (set up) a welfare check.
Since my firing on September 18 2025, I have lost over 30 pounds due to malnourishment (in my case, not eating enough food). Again, this is a real-world consequence of the “starve them out” playbook tactic.
I am currently stuck at the TA in Willington, CT, since my car insurance lapsed due to lack of funds. My car is also up for repossession and if it does get repossessed, then I will have difficulty getting around if and when I am able to obtain another job.
Resultantly, on January 12, 2026, at 6:47 AM, I reached out to Kimberly Clark, Executive Director of the Covenant Soup Kitchen in Willington, CT, to explain my dire need for food. This email appears below.
January 12, 2026: Contacting Project HOPE in Willimantic, CT
Shortly after emailing Kimberly, I also emailed Project HOPE in Willimantic, CT at 7:29 AM, to request assistance with shelter, money in general, and access to laundry services. The email I sent to them appears below.
At 1:34 PM, George Mele, Project HOPE’s Outreach Worker, replied to my above email. His response was canned, or following a script, so as to be cold and dismissive. His advice to me after I told him that I was stranded and recently left the hospital after suffering from acute kidney injury? “Stay…in tent in our local woods.”
His response totally disregarded that I have no way to make it to the soup kitchen or Project HOPE and gave me advice that could make me even more sick than I already am. It is sad that Connecticut does not have accommodations for those with PTSD – a systemic failure that must be rectified, or fixed!
At 2:54 PM, I replied to George and copied the CHRO Norwich Office. In my reply, I informed George that his response was retraumatizing for me while also appreciating that Project HOPE allows unsheltered individuals to shower daily and do laundry for free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
In my call to action to CHRO to add my response as an addendum to my Complaint, I indicated that Connecticut is either unwilling or unable to provide trauma-informed resources to those with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and that I would like my settlement to include funding for trauma-informed resources in Connecticut if CHRO rules allow for it. I also said that if CHRO rules did not allow for it, I would be willing to help fund this directly using my settlement proceeds.
January 12, 2026 – January 13, 2026: Hearing Back From CT CHRO & My Response
Despite me contacting the CT CHRO Norwich Office on January 5, 2026, at 12:47 PM, to confirm whether my Complaint was received, I received no response until January 12, a week later, and under two hours after I responded to Project HOPE.
On January 12, 2026, at 1:39 PM, I called the CT CHRO Norwich Office to confirm whether my Complaint was received. In this voicemail, I mentioned that Cheryl Sharp, Executive Deputy Director of CT CHRO, was copied in my Complaint submission email on December 20, 2025.
I suspect that the extreme liability I presented in my email response to Project HOPE, plus me mentioning Ms. Sharp in the voicemail, compelled CT CHRO to expedite, or speed up, my case. In stark, or very large, contrast to CSCU and ECSU, no CT CHRO employee wants a Complainant or Respondent to get gravely ill, or worse, die, if they can help it!
At 4:39 PM, Investigator Gemeasky responded, informing me that Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (CSCU) had not been served as of that time “due to staff shortages.”
On January 13, 2026, at 4:35 AM, I replied to Investigator Gemeasky to inform him that I acknowledged receipt of his correspondence and I am working on obtaining a mailing address – in the meantime, I requested CT CHRO correspond, or make contact, with me via email due to my cellphone service facing imminent disconnection due to lack of funds (due to being “starved out”). I also asked him to inform me when CSCU is served.
January 13-15, 2026: “Starve Out” Leads to Dehydration & Muscle Weakness
On January 13, 2026, I posted the below video on TikTok (and crossposted it to YouTube) where I show that Eastern’s “starve out” literally led to my bones pressing against my skin due to malnourishment.
On January 14, 2026, I had apple pie that someone gave me since they knew I was starving for days. At the time, I had not eaten properly in over a week. Shortly after eating about half of the apple pie, my tongue started clicking involuntarily and I was unable to stand – I was keeling over a table and making noises that sounded like I was possessed!
Naturally, the workers at the TA Travel Center in Willington, CT, where I was at while having this attack, were concerned. By the time they noticed, I had already called 911 to request medical assistance, which led to my ER visit at Manchester Memorial Hospital – Rockville Campus, in Vernon, CT. The photo on the left below shows me in this state of shock. By the look of my jaw, you can tell that I was not making a face; rather, I experienced an involuntary reaction.
While in the ER, I was put on an IV due to dehydration, as seen in the photo below on the right. This is a direct effect of Eastern fallaciously reporting to the CT Department of Labor that I “voluntarily quit” despite ECSU firing me via criminal trespass warning.

Below is my discharge paperwork from the ER visit to Manchester Memorial Hospital – Rockville Campus. The highlighted areas and my annotations give you a bit of a deeper look into my diagnoses, dehydration and paresthesias, and the impact they have on me.
On January 15, 2026, I recorded a video discussing my opinion on accepting help as a trauma survivor. As you can see, I show two signs of paresthesias: at 0:39, I have “problems thinking (page 2 of the discharge paperwork above),” which presents as trouble forming my words, and at 0:43, my “speech is abnormal (page 3 of the discharge paperwork above)”.
